The Problem With Philips Camcorder For series 60

hi everyone,

any of you facing a weird problem with the philips camcorder especially ver3.74 and 3.75?? The problem which i am facing is that when i open the application on my nokia 7610, my camera doesn't focus on the item i want...:confused: Instead i have to move the camera sidewards to actually focus on the item which my camera isn't focusing on!!!:o

Is anyone of you also facing similar problem like me?? and if it's happening all around, is it due to the software problem or maybe it doesn't support some phones??

do you have links to it? i'm only able to source out the s60 version..thanks..anyway just one stupid question...is posting applications on this forum consider sharing? cause i'm rather scare to post some application up as my country is rather strict on the topic. They can fine anyone if caught sharing files on the net..

I am also having problems with getting a good proggy for making unlimted video recording and also if possible with unlimited sound.

cam pro is not so hot, the screen size is very small and frame rate is real slow, im using a 6600 for this.

does any1 have a good proggy for this ?

Hmm well thanks to Khatulistiwa, i have solved the problem for my 7610..Philips cam pro has 2 type for nokia, the S70 version and the other S60 version.. It seems that on most site i am able to find the S60 version but not the S70 version which works perfectly on my phone..

Yes indeed i have to admit that the screen is small.well if you are going for bigger screens i will suggest you going for the other camcorder which is ETI Camcorder 2 ,slighty bigger screen but not as sharp in quality as philips camcorder..maybe you can give it a try..:)

well as a matter of fact, Nokia have never been a rather good multimedia phone especially in video recording compare to other phones like O2..:( I find the camcorder are already the best of what they have...

well for this 2 devices it best you go around the forum to look for them as i really can't help you as my country is really strict and fines ppl very high if they are caught uploading or sharing files on the net...really sorry abt it that i can't help you...:( :(
