hi.
Update smartcard ...
Connecting to update server ...
Working on card ...
ERROR SEND REC: 00A00010
ERROR: Update problems occured
keep gettin this error very fustrating tried multiple computers freezes at 11% sometimes 28% really random cleaned smart card and inserted back in slot etc tried everything using 2.1 mainstance software

how does it work through twister can i put the smartcard in twister? and try it
try to disconnect every card or usb-tool you have...
then restart pc ( for kill all process)
then reconnect your dongle and try to update ;)

Update don't work
I have tried 100 times,on dif. USB ports 1.0 ,2.0 (not a USB HUB),with restarting,reeataching dongle etc.
Disabled antivirus and firewall,
need Help the PDF solution does not work I have readen all posts here and on other forums.
nothing helps, I think the server cant be busy 3 days.
the maintenence software hangs at 28 %
so help me please

Don't use non-powered usb hubs!!
Try plugging directly into pc usb hub or try also using a powered usb hub and have no other device inserted into any other usb hub.
Also best to not do anything on pc whilst dongle is being updated

use leatest v21 and computr with Intel processor - oher user this helps (he got before AMD)..strange but works
