i try yo unlock with IrD Port Com
Abriendo COM1 . . .
COM1 abierto.
Conectando al servidor . . .
Conectado!
Comprobando acceso . . .
Acceso permitido!
Liberando .
ERROR 03
who to solve it :(

dont use com1 or com2 , use the modem port com of the grunding , the phone must be on , and after winxp detect the new device , a new modem is installed "for ex com9" then chose this port and unlock.

ps: a very very very poor & bad support for this box , so don't do another mistake & buy the new TSM Plus

Hi all,
Mr Shaytan are correct. Phone on (without card), xp will find it and install universal driver " Strandard Modem over ir Link". Then just select Autodetect and soft will find correct COM.
Phone will be unlocked in seconds.
