Aghhhh Just update and lost motorola and samsung

I buy both motorola and samsung updates both activated ok, but after i upgrade the dongle this is what shows:

Dongle base type: USB-SMART
Dongle Serial Number: *******
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature NOT ACTIVE

Then i try to procces again the activation files and:

Processing activation for SAMSUNG ...
SAMSUNG activated OK

But:

i read dongle and :

Dongle base type: USB-SMART
Dongle Serial Number: *******
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature NOT ACTIVE

Done that see up i update again and try to process files many times,, every time it says ok but after that i read the dongle... and you see it up there

had to samsung software says to do it when i run it,,, i have before motorola working fine,,, but when i download the samsung it says that i need to do the upgrade....

Yeah i read something in samsung area support, cant find it now, just do the update, close all disconect the dongle reconect do the motorola close dongle dont do nothing else disconect dongle, do samsung close soft disconect dongle....


That solve my problem,, if doesnt work change order of motorola and samsung but always first update....
