dear sir i had usb dongle with the new maintenance 2.1 i know my dongle not update, so i press update dongle smart card but error on 5%. Now i can't access support site also . Please tell me how to do. Thanks

Check if your firewall is stopping the upgrade.
if this doesn`t work then what exact error are you getting??

I have unistaled the firewall and it dont work,

So many complains about updating the smartcard. I updated mine one week ago without any problem. The first try was unsuccessful, the counter stopped at 38%. Then I updated the drivers (it said that this's the same version but I forced it to update the drivers) and for the second time, it worked! And I didn't use any usb hub but some usb controller chip is so crappy that you must use pci usb card or something. MSI is still the best mainboard for me! :)
