Freezing action

Hi all,

Can you tell me what the reason of mobile freezing? what can I do? I tried so mony times for so mony versions for Motorola V980!!!

Any ideas?? It still freezes and jamed from time to time, I have to take off the battery to restart it!!!!!!!
