samsung please wait problems

please i encounter a lot of problems with samsung sets .they write "please wait " when a sim card is insacted and power on. i wanted to know if this problem is software or hardware. then either it is hardware or software ia need the solution for the following models : R220,R210,c100,n500. please treat this urgently bcause my customers are on my neck

I Also Have C1oo Pls Wait Probs I Flashed It With Ufs And Then Removed C310 And C311 Near Cpu But The Problem Still Occurs
