E800 peace of ...

I have strange problem here with one E800.Problem is in that I changed 8 flat cables on this phone and every flat working for about 7 days and than again I need to change flat.Last time I changed flat conectors and reflow main board and LCD board and same thing it working for few days and again flat problem.What happens here I don't know so if someone have any idea please help here?

P.S. This job Of changing flat cables on any kind of phones is not strange to me(I changed a lot of flat cables on samsung phones).So I'm just saying that I'm not the beginer in hardware repair job.

Brother got a good like orignal flex and bend it like orignal flex bends when you insert it in connector it need to some bend so in sliding it not damiges in few days back i have also this problem but i solve when i got orignal flex from another set.
