I have Alcatel *** that's blink only (PWR ON then OFF)
I flash it with other versions and rewrite its proper TEH but nothing changes

please help me with full flash *** 012-KW269 or provide to me a working

hi,

I had same problem and I flashed other same flash before backup TEH zone and write back later.
The phone live , but can't accept the sim card.
So , the Vygis can't clone ***-TH4 phones!!!

Solution : buy new alca progi.
