Does anyone has infos about it ?

yes i have heard that too, it's possible
in my country lots of people are selling this recharged cards !!
but i don't know how !! :(

i tried to copy a simcard without success till now !!!

Here are some shematics to build a simcard reader/writer.
I think you can use Pony Prog. but i am not sure.
Maybe some other people have more luck than i.
