Unknown device

I have a Usb smart here with this error "unknown device"

please dont reply with try another pc or reinstall drivers etc etc , we have tried everything, other pc,s other ports so im sure its a faulty smart card, also this happend without using the maintaince tool, and this was a working dongle

If it helps this is the ID we get from device manager all other id,s are unknown

i had the same problem with 3 dongles,i put smart card from one and put in working dongle and all was ok.
It' s the hardware which is damaged,i don't know why because it's brand new dongles,i resolder all components and the same problem.
Just ask your reseller to send one new dongle.
Sometimes it happens.:(
