I bought a stock of Furious-SGM shiit once.
Almost all customers said that the dongle is KILLED without using any other sw on it.
I did not believe them, but now it just happened to my own dongle.
I ran it on a V55, and wanted to do another, and it did not find the dongle anymore.
Surely, hack3r2k promised update, and SOLD THIS AS ORIGINAL PRODUCT WITH WARRANTY, but he closed the thread since ages.
I know its HW quality is CRAP, but this is not the issue here, it must be a timebomb or similar, since the microcontroller (ATmega32) is still living, I tried to reprogram it.
Now I have 8 angry customers, and 10 unusable dongles.
I hereby request you to make a reviver for all dongles dead by "themselves", or release the contents for free (if you will never update it - will you?)
If not, I hope ZFrank and mods wont be that cheap NOT to put this famous team to cheater section.

As we said about Furious SGM yeah now it's dead product due to bad quality hardware. But if you can remember we also said that Furious SGM will be replaced FOR FREE on our next sagem product.

Just be patient little more im sure you will be happy to change this crappy Furious SGM FOR FREE with the new one ;) and get more profit again from those sales. You have my words.
Furious SGM have more than 1 year now maybe is not too much for u but for us is A LOT. We learn more day by day and faster everyday. We made that Furious SGM too fast, bad factory place, not enough time. Mistake can happen yes really sorry.
As you are resseller means you buy from me or from christophe and as you know resseller price was 50 euros for Furious SGM with 3 cables and 15 connectors. So can't say that is really cheating because remember on the market at this time, a SCR2 dongle didn't costed 50€ with connectors as i know. And no cloned products existed if even existed was more expensive than Furious SGM.
Only thing i call tell you now is this :
We are really sorry of that Furious SGM RIP
You have my words that Furious SGM 2 story is not finished
Please collect all box from your customer and send back to me so you can be sure you will be the 1st one to get the new stuff from us ;)
Contact me in private i give you my details where to send those box.
China or France as you wish.
All resseller are welcome to do same.

your team has been saying that you will replace for free for another sagem tool... and it should be after chinese new year... but the clock is ticking...
how mutch time should we wait?

and sorry for the voice but my customers are so tough I even had to defend myself physically (understand as you wish) due to your promises :D
also note pls, that I bought from hack3r2k, and I paid 78 EUR each dongle set! not 50! plus I paid 230 USD for some "chronopost france" shipping!! and I wouldn't complain if the dongles would have been behave as expected!
and, for 230 USD shipping from France, I got it shipped from China, with all the customs mess! you remember the invoice problems, as I talked with you via email. I know it was long since, but you should search your emails if you still have them, before assuming I paid 50 EUR plus some nominal shipping only! this way each dongle became 94 EUR without duties ;)
I am an understanding type (learned this behavior from someone here, who shown the same attitude for me elderly), so I think you shall not lie, you will have more patient customers, and the ones who want everything ASAP will eventually find out that something can be done good or quick, but not necessarily both.
