After three days of UPDATE of USB-SMART

For the past three days I have been gettting these:

Update smartcard ...
Connecting to update server ...
ERROR: Cannot connect to server
ERROR: Update problems occured

Why.
My Coonection speed is 100.0Mbps and I have disabled, firewall and anti-virus. I have tried v21 and v23.

did you try with usb hub with external power supply ?

Update server is working well.
Maybe your ISP have link problems over the path to our server, or block access to our server. Try from another ISP.
