Box not found ERROR

Hi Andres,


I have with my Blazer Box some problems... I tried to reach you over ICQ but you are Offline.

After i have Updated my Blazer Box with UPD File was it possible to use it but some days later the Box not able to be finded by the Software. Every connection is OK at the Box and the LEDS are ON like before (blue = PWR, red = RUN) if i try to start the Software. No chance to connect it and i get the Error "BOX NOT FOUND". Need some help please i am not sure where the problem is... thx

I had the same problem some time ago, and the box was defective. I had to turn it back and have it replaced.

I also have a problem with my Blazer Box:When I thy to connect a phone it says evry time:COMUNICATION ERROR.I think BlazerBox is a waste of money and time and their support does NOT exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually the box is pretty good when it works properly, it's one of the easiest to use in the market.
Just send it back and have it replaced, it's worth it
