Does anyone know how to master reset a T-Mobile SDA ?

Master reset can remove security code from the phone..You can unlock this phone same spv

this phone is called "typhoon" made by HTC as sold by the different names
spv c500 / i-mate sp3 /Dopod 565
Orange C550/i-mate SP4//SDA II/Dopod 586/Dopod 566
for user lock u need to hard reset the phone
turn the device off
press both softkeys ( the 2 keys directly under the screen, used to open menu's etc. )
briefly press the power button, 1 to 1.5 sec.
keep holding down the softkeys.
after about 1 second, you should see the bootsplash screen for about 1 second,
then you a black screen with 'press 0 to restore factory defaults'
pressing '0' now will hard reset your device.
note that the hard reset takes quite a while, several minutes.
to remove the simlock, follow the same procedure as spv c500 posted in this forum
