Have you cloned my dongles serial number?

I logged into the support area to download the newest versions of some exe's, and noticed that "Trafic this month" and "Trafic today" had values, although i haven't been logged in in march. Didn't think much about it, just downloaded what I needed. For some reason though I proceeded to check out the profile, since I haven't checked out the new support area real well.

There is someone elses email, someone elses phonenumber and Raskal is said to be the reseller. I bought my dongle through unlockcellular 9th of August last year, definitely not through Raskal, and my email does not end in .hu ...

WHAT'S GOING ON?

I can mail you a copy of my receipt from unlockcellular if you want, and you can check it out with them, hopefully they keep records of purchases :/

Oh yeah, and when I try to send through "contact" on the web-site, i get "invalid serial number" .. What's up with that? Please tell me who to contact, how to contact and what to do. I don't want someone else to download files using what is supposedly my support-account for what was supposed to my dongles' serial.

One thing that would be greater is if someone in the usb-smart-team actually looked through this forum and told me how someone else can have access to my support account, how it is possible that there are 2 dongles with the same serial number, and lastly WHY i cant use the contact-form on the webpage with my serial-number.

THAT would be great. That is what a support-forum is all about. Giving support to customers who ask questions.
