Hi
I have some Birds Type s299 which has problem with blank
LCD and Keypad are not working stack i suggested to flash it but could
not respone to computer
it remain in the power on the phone statement Iam using please
s288 cable
what should i do? all have same problem 7pcs

Hi,
If software can't detect phone when you try to flash it I think it's HW problem.

But some phones were being used my costomers and athers brand new but it is usuly hard to switch on you have to try many times to switch on but evencally it switches on

It can be PCB defect, keyboard defect etc. I don't think it's sw problem. anyway let's see, maybe somebody else has the same problems and has more experience.
