Anyone Can Help Me With My V3x

I Have A Motorola V3x From Vodafon, I Tried To Put The 850mhz Band With A Flex File To Do That In The Motorola Phones, But After That The Phone Dosen't Work, The Phone Is Turning On "the Motorola Screen Appear" And Then The Display Is Turn In Blank.
I Tried To Flash It With A Fullflash File But The Rsd Lite Dosen't Recognize The Phone. So I Tried Then To Turn On The Phone With The * And # To Enter In Flashmode, And The Phone Enter In The Flash Mode But It Says "serial Rs232 Mode Ok". I Put The Usb Cable Into The Phone But The Messege Still, It No Change To "usb Connect Ready"

same problem with me, but fixed, remove battery, connect cable usb to phone and PC, open RSD Lite, press * # Power and u will get USB Ready to program.
