- SimEmu 5.00
- menu Nastaveni, PIN2 <1234>, then <x>
- menu Reset, remove battery for 10 sec. and put it back .
No garantee that work but you can try

There isn't such a program or hardware...I think you should contact daniel jabif (sim Emu) for info,he is only one who can tell you this with 100% sure.

Its tru about pin and puk reader , but it cost much, so only operator realy need it
