Problem with dongle-activation ok

Hi all,
i have this problem.I activated Motorola and Samsung,one day dongle ok.Latest day this:
Dongle base type: USB-SMART
Dongle Serial Number: xxxxxxxx
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature NOT ACTIVE

I update dongle and now process activation file,activation ok.
Samsung a Motorola NOT ACTIVE.
Help me with my problem.
