I have purchased an iden kit v5 from Chris(www.skystartrade.com) over 1 month ago. I have tried and tried to get this software working and no luck. So i reformated my computer and tried again ....same results :(

So i called chris and told him that it didnt work. He tells me it works on his computer and something is wrong with my computer. So i purchased another computer, and same results. Called him back and tell him that his software is garbage and he gets offensive and starts calling me garbage (how unprofessional!, thought i was in a yelling match with my 8 year old sister). SO now i have a piece of software that doesnt even work. $1000USD later and i still cannot unlock the new ROM iden phones.

I just wanted to see if anyone else is having similar problems or is it just me. I am not saying the man is a cheater, BUT if software doesnt work and he will not refund my money what would anyone think?

Someone please help! I am losing patience:mad:

If someone has the iDEN kit v5 from skystartrade and works could atleast help me? Chris does not want to be helpfull at all.

I too have purchased this kit. Vic is form the same city and I know him well. This iDEN kit I have had over 1 month and I have yet to unlock 1 phone. Chris has been helpful and has answered all emails but still have not worked for me. I asked for some contacts that he has sold to and has provided some numbers to call other purchasers and I have called them. Lino used it twice said too difcult now uses a free ROM 13 unlocker which is much easier to use. Adel was helpful, said the USB drivers are tricky to set up but it can be done. Adel says the software works works. Chris has now offered to send me a clip now so I will update to this.

Chris and his SkyStraTrade is good and serious company.

Maybe they had little problems with their clips or drivers, but all will be solved for sure.

I also heard Mr. Kevin has recived some new clip and that he is happy... So let's see what he has to say.

Yes, they seem very nice to Kevin as they just sent him a replacement clip at no extra charge. But after sending Chris(skystar) like 3 msn msgs, 2 emails, 2 yahoo msgs i still have nothing in my hands. After spending $1000 for the iDEN clip he wants me to spend another $250 (consider that it has been 2 month and consider that it never worked at all). Is that fair???:eek:

Chris PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me the iDEN clip.

So i finally get an msg from this guy. He tells me that he is not going to help me nor refund my money. Isnt there anyone that can help someone that got scammed by skystartrade? I have been scammed and buyers please be aware of this scammer...:eek:

hehe. nobody got scammed by them except you.

As far as i know, he's been trying to help you to use that clip(which you payed for 600$ for uggrade, not $1000;) ) while at the same time, you cry like a baby here.

The key of getting that clip working is installing driver properly. otherwise, its not working.

Even if he change you another clip, it will not working for you. believe me.

You can not expect people to help you and at the same time, you cry to the world their clip not working. ;)

Just use your little brain to think why Kevin, Bongo got replacement very quicky. They don't act like you. You acted like a BABY all the time.
Skystartrade doesn't hide behind others, just because he's so busy no time for your nonsence here.

Yes, i know all your deals with him. and i also know most of his deals with others. You can say he's my brother.
I also know before your clip were changed 2 times already even after they tested all working very well.

And yes they do have a bad rep in the states. The intentions are good with Skystartrade however the tech support and respect to customers is lacking.

First i agree with you on some points.
Customers deserve our respect

But that clip works 100%

i do not say their support great or bad. no supplier can satisfy every of his customers.
The guy spent 400$ for lg clip before. said its not working, sent back to Skystartrade for exchange, they checked it worked no problem. ok, Chris sent to him a new one. after the guy received it, it was not working for him again, so Chris changed him another one again.
After sometime the guy received the clip, he payed $600 to update it to iDEN CLIP and it not work for him till now. So he asked for an iDEN CLIP from Skystartrade this time. of course he was refused.
I do not know why the guy still like to pay $600 to update for a clip which never works for him. But after wasting a lot of time and money to ship one clip, now he ask for refund. NO SUPPLIER WILL DO THAT FOR YOU

Just to clearify things.

1. i only got 1 clip from him. returned because it froze. got it replaced with this iden kit v5. And when i originally had this problem, i asked for refund. he said no refund so i agreed and payed more for the iden kit v5 cause he said it works. Now i dont blame him or anyone BUT there is no solution.

chris stuff is crap, his support is worse. and most of all his iDEN crap is all copied from other people. i bought the clip long time ago and it sucks. all his iden softwares are illgal copies of other peples hard work.

I work hard! should i do this to my customers too? and just tell them "well i work hard and i am good preson, so too bad" come on.
