L1400 try later

hi, i have L1400(cingular) on the lower right corner a green arrow displayed, when i try to make call from the phone, everytime it ask to try later i can not make any phone call, i reset the phone and the green arrow displayed and i can not make phone call, please any idea i can remove the green arrow display.

on any simcard you have that arrow?
because i think you have call diverted on that sim card.
try to put another sim inside and tell me if you have same problem.
