hi guys
i have been a member for a long time and never acused or have fought with anyone,however two months ago i rung jic to buy motov3i logs they refered me to another company called ttsunlock ,i bought ten logs from a person in there called jethro he was nice at first and told me the nextjen is good and easy for moto v3 8.26 and v3i,however two months on,i still cant unlock this fone as they were advertising it,the problem started 2days ago when i started to unlock a v3 ver 8.26, it was keep giving me user/pass error,i phoned tts they told me that i have to upgrade,so i did, itried the soft again but it started freezing my pc,i rebooted then the pc was slow,i then started to unlock this phone but everytime it was saying that im using wrong user/pass,so i phoned them again they said that im doing something wrong, so i said ok!!i will try again so i tried few times and everytime it was telling me that check yr user/pass, then for some reason the soft started to unlock the fone,and it got it unlocked,i then emailed the company to report this to jic,he said that lots of people r using this soft and they dont have problems!!,i asked to check my lgs he then emaild me that i made a mistake and i unlocked the phone 8 times,i said but the soft was at fault,how can i unlock a phone 8 times when i dont know,heres the email between us,so u judge i was cheeted by 8 credits without knowing!!so u r warned.

Since nellix 2 never liked there stuff and if you have the misfortune to actualy get to speak to dave he is no help just big mouth that hides in Derby
back street.
tts i have sent them back a clip months ago no refund no anything nothing new

as i said the soft was doing silly things,thats why it deducted 8 credits maybee,so whats going to happen to my credits?well i think we r going round a circle here,im afraid if this doesnt get sorted i will get intouch with my credit company,also i will write in th efrum m8,,when i took these logs i asked is that sfae and easy,u said yes,i wasnt aware of any manual since u said follow the massage frm the soft,i think u wouldnt like it if u get charged 8 times.i hope that we can sort this amocably.

Why did you unlock the same phone 8 times ?

There re 3 stages to the unlock, only stage 1 connects to the server. So once stage 1 is complete, a credit is deducted.

Once stage 1 is complete. if the process is interrupted for any reason, then you complete stage 2 and 3 (restore) under “V3 manual” as described in the user guide.

The server does not check, that you have not connected the same phone again, why would it need to.

sorry im not with u.as i said i only unlocked one v3,and the programm frze my pc,then slowed it down,and now ur telling me i have something wrong,as i said b4 it wouldnt let me in,please ckeck my logs u will find all the 8 imei is the same,if not then is something wrong with the server or the soft,please sort it out as i dont wana be blame for something which wasnt my fault.

Every time you complete stage 1. it deducts a credit, (as you only need to do it once per phone)

if for some reason you don’t complete unlock, you complete stage 2 and 3 off line, by selecting, “V3 manual” all this is stated in the user manual.

i was a bit disapointed with the performance of the moto logger 106 ,yesterday,and only after a lot of mucking around the software suddenly started to work!when i bought the loggs i was told that it does the v3i also, 2months on,still nothing,however i would like to ask u to report these odd instances to jic,ie my pc started to boot,it wouldnt let me in at first with correct pass/user and few times slow my pc right down,however if i dont recieve a satisfactory explanation or upgrade,software improvement, to this software i will have no choice to put my findings in the market feed back of gsm city,im waiting for your reply,i hope that u understand.

u never heard anything becose u were not interested in my side of story,i told u if u dont return my logs i will put your company name here for others to c,it might not be yr fault but the software shouldnt be allowed to repeat the unlocking process with the given user/pass!!,if wrong .it may not be yr fault but u shouldnt tell lies to people ,i bought the software becose u said it unlocks v3i,2 moths on,where is it?one word jicheat electronics.

Jic nor any that sell his stuff hear any side m8 its time they changed 5 years ago they got away with it people are wiser and there is more to choose from .

i would like to say that jic stuff all are not working easy and good and you guys never get support from this peapol after you paid off.

i have 3 super clip from this peapol non of them work and when i tried to sort it with them never get help.

2 off the clips i got even not been used.

i hope this moneys will not stay in your packet and you lose it easy as you get it from us.
