MBUS Failure - Nokia Startup Logo Editor

anybody could help me out on this! Everytime I retrive or download data or even Reboot the computer tells me .....

MBUS Transmission Failure
No Data Packet Received from the Mobile Unit!

this started when I installed Wintesla on my computer! I removed all the Wintesla files and reinstalled the Startup logo editor but still same errors! Need your help badly!

Hi,
If you register this software it have a bug and dont work properly
Just install again all software and dont register it ,and when the evaluation period goes, just install it again

i did installed the program about twice but still the program keeps on saying MBUS Failure.....all of my Nokia programs work except for this! dont know why?

I had the same problem. But I just forgot to enter the correct COM-port in the options menu. Did you do that?
