E700 preloader OK tnen stop - this is not usb-smart error just need help

i have e700. somebody left it under flasher all night (sghfd064.exe Alex/AT - good flasher). phone was flashed OK but under left under cable all night (com 115200 flashing is really slow so man don't want to wait 30min and left it to morning)
after powerON phone worked ok 5min... then frezzz. no powerON again
now only preloader is loaded but second loader can't be uploaded.

i have to know what dead. flashIC (ram section) or CPU - what to change.
i think cpu is ok coz tring to load a loader for flashing.

all IC is glued(but glue is not hard as in nokia)

or maybe there is a solution... ?

please help if anybody know how.

i tried with all baud speed.

try to upload fullflash to this phone on UFS or other flasher,because from time to time I also have a problem like this with my USB smart samsung flasher
