Samsung not active after update????

Hi,

I have purchased the USB Smart with Samsung activated. But, when I do an update dongle just now and read dongle settings.

I found my Samsung feature became Not Active.:confused: :confused:

Please help.

ok, very easy....

first update your usb-smartdongle

then press "Request Activation samsung feature" and you get a new File in mantenancefolder

This file called "EndUser Reques samsung...." Now send this file to a reseller and he will calculated your new File.

if you get new File frm reseller, File called "CalcEndUser Samsung....." press the Button "Process ActivationFile" and choice the File you got from reseller....

If ready put out USB Smart and do it back again....open Maintenance and Samsung should be activated

Just rewrite the actiavtion files sent by your reseller when you activated the 2 options,i hope you or your reseller kept its in safe folder on your computer.:D
