check if you have damage the TP ...

even you flash a dead flash into a phone, whenever you wanna unlock or connect the phone, it shoulbe be able to detect your phone

the error you got means USBSmart cannot connect ... 99% that you make mistake, not the USBSmart's mistake ...

1. check if your tp is still soldered onto the board correctly
2. procedure ok? (connect tp then insert battery ... etc)

my experience, on my first CID73 Sharp, I DID damaged the TP and got the same error as you ... after fixing the TP (i broke the resistor's connnection to the board), all went smoothly when connecting for flashing/unlocking .... and my 2nd CID73 sharp, i did TP very carefully, no problem at all ~

this picture and sample is from 703 cid73 sharp dead after an experimenting testpoint. It is almost the same in 903 dead after unlock..we dont have it now, because the unit 903sh cid73 was sent back to the customer and it is working.

1. switch to power supply 3-3.5 volts
2. Black ground connected to power supply
3. test point tip
4. charger
5. from power supply to battery terminal 3-3.5 volts
6. USB Fighter cable

first you have to set all off this 1st(1-6). Then set the flashfiles...

mark Use TP on software
- connect/disconect testpoint when software ask
(both 903_v2 and 703_v2 testpoint pictures is on support)
- flash with xxxxxx_2006_Unlocked files
- unlock (zulea posted)

Cruiser is not yet capable of unlocking this phones.

Usb kill phones using wrong firmware and sequence of procedure
so be careful

setool kill phones using wrong firmware just use patch firmwares before unlocking.

Flash again with another flash file (2006_Unlocked). Euro, China or Jap. You will find one working on your phone.

That didn't seem to work for me... I guess I'll let it charge up again just to make sure and try again. But even if something is wrong, shouldn't the indicator light turn on when the charger is plugged in? Because mine doesn't.

i think the battery is just dead. if you charge the battery out of the phone with a cheap battery charger from ebay, you shouldn't have a problem. try also just getting a battery from a working phone.

Well as far as my phone goes...I finally got it to read trough cruiser and usbsmart when I used charger.

Same thing happen to me to. I've got all the three dongles at hand and tried them all: cruiser,setool,usbsmart. but none of them can recognize my phone anymore. Actually i got it dead by experimenting on unlocking it via cruiser when testpoint was first posted in this forum.

Seems that the software can't recognize the phone anymore because the flash cid of the unit has been altered.

The only solution I'm waiting for now is when one of this three softwares include in their update recovering certificate cid73 even if it is red via testpoint so i could repeat the procedure of unlocking it properly.

Hope the 3 masters of this softwares will look on this...

Hi

I flashed a 903sh 2006 with SH903_v1046_EURO_2006_Unlocked using ufsx interface by using V2 testpoint. It was not connecting using the TP near sim jacket, so I opened the phone and use V2 TP. After succesful flashing and unlocking the phone switched on and was unlocked 100%.

After closing the casing the phone did not switched on even on power supply it was not taking amps. but still detecting on usb smart. after that i flashed it with SH903_v1071_JAPAN_2006_Unlocked using same ufsx interface. But after successful flashing it is still not powering on. I checked the battery on other phone it is fully charged.

Any suggestion :confused: :confused:

Hi, man!
I always used Fighter cable for flash and unlocking Sharp 3G CID 73 without any problem. So, test with this cable. It's will be OK, I think!
After reflash and unlock, you must press #and power button to reset the phone!
I hope no more dead CID 73;)

hey guyz,,we got a dead 903 2006.we flash a china unlocked using tp.after that phone wont open.tried flashing with 2006 euro unlocked .still wont open.plz help...i saw some solution r there any working proceddure.By the way thkz guyz for your suppport.

best way to unlock is to use UFS with usb-smart. must use HWK cable.

phones will not die this way.

using cruiser 4in1 cable, phone might die.

i dont think so. i think phones just die without UFS connection.

try using the UFS, but if not work.. phone is dead forever

i have same error 400115 from USB SMART, but my story was the first time i flash with 2006 chinese 1.02 and unlocked phone was fine, but that japanese wants japanese on his phone, then i tried flash other flash files, i tired all the lastest version of flash files, but then the phone was just dead, it doesn't connect to usb smart or cruiser. i think CID 73 has many problems. headache headache......
