problem with nec e313

i live in france and i have a e313
i have unlocked it by bringing it in a phone shop in france.
i don't know what they have done :confused: but know when i try to call some1 it is said "please wait initiating" on the screen of the phone.
my imei is now 0044xxxxxxxx
i have the usb cable and some other software. can i repair the phone by my self?
they said that it is a bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what can i do?
