I want to buy a Unlock/Flash box/tool for Samsung. Which box has the least problems and Best support? I would like to get the comments from the both amature and professional users. At the moment I am using SETool, Smartclip and Twister. They are OK for me.

which one sell the most .... thats right NSDONGLE ;)
I prefer nsdongle and usb smart, but ust is also not bad, heard many good things but never used.
