Hi!

After playing to get my Jabra 250 headset working with my Microsoft Bluetooth 2.0 dongle, (with no succes, the device was detected, paired with the headset, but the audio was not working....) I finally gave up an bought a new Ultra Slim Bluetooth 1.2 Dongle (ISSC) at Led Shoppe (http://www.ledshoppe.com/Product/com/CA3006.htm)

Now it worse!! The device is detected with all the bluetooth stack I've tried (BlueSoleil 1.4, 1.6, Widcomm 4.0.1.2101 ,4.0.1.1500, 5.0.1.1200, 5.0.1.1400, 5.0.1.802) but when I try to discover my Jabra 250.... there's nothing found! The led is frashing on the dongle.

I've tried to flash the device with DRU Wizard with the generic CSR, but when I'm at the flashing screen it's just doesn't work and loop forever with the "Waiting for device to enumerate" message.

Anyone got an idea on own to solve this?

Thank you in advance!

PS : I've tried all the stacks on two different computer, one with a fresh windows install.

I've been fighting with my Jabra 250V for a loooong time now. Tried 3 different USB dongles, including the ultra slim one, and with three different computers, but so far no success :( I've tried both WIDCOMM and Bluesoleil...
Each time the earpiece was found and paired, but when i established connection, there was no sound (once or twice I've heard something - for half a second or so...)

However, Jabra works just fine with my laptop's built-in bluetooth device (HP), using the WIDCOMM stack. Ain't that strange?

This is really driving me crazy -what the hack is wrong with those dongles?

I'd really appreciated any suggestions on how to make it work together
