No more use on AMD/NVIDIA based PC.
Or, if you have a JAFWM dongle, just put smartcard from USB-Smart dongle in this reader, it will work on any PC.

I will repeat:
If you have a JAFWM (blue dongle) just move smartcard from USB-Smart in this reader and you will be able to use USB-Smart on AMD/NVIDIA too :eek:
Also only smartcard readers (JAFWM style) is available for sale at lower price, just contact Manole or Raskal for that.

I use Win98 and error message: Can't load winscard.dll
It's very bad work !!!
Need correct maintenance program to full support for Win98/XP

There is not any bug. You simply have to install Microsoft Smartcard Base Components on Win-98.

Hi,

Sorry for truobles, I mess up some serials in database. Now shoud be ok.
Also I removed register form, reset all traffics and added latest serials.

Strange, because on ALL MY SERVER there is not any message/file with arabic language/characters. So, the page that you see is comming from another source. Maybe some proxy one the path way ... I want help but I can't even understand what is written there (in arabic chars). In what country are you located?

What PC you use?
What Windows you use?
What is Internet Explorere version?
You use any Antispyware software?
You use any antivirus software (who can block some PHP access)?

can you also try from another PC? Or even from another ISP provider?

every time when i click the go support USB-Smart/ motorola button, i get the same page as i entered www.usb-smart.com and pressed the support link..
n i m using maintenance 2.3, coz i cant use with the new version???

Yes and i have just tried from another PC and it works fine there.

Shuttle SN95G3 3000+ with nforce2 chiopset

What Windows you use?

Nope... nvidia firewall though. (Tried disabling but that did not help)

Nope, not at the moment. (I am getting internet access thru a program called winproxy but it has worked flawlessly before and i have made no changes to the program so i doubt that it is the problem)

can you also try from another PC? Or even from another ISP provider?

Did that and it works from that PC.

Odd thing is that it used to work from this PC as well, only in the last few days i have had this problem and this was what made me think that you had changed something ? Also other people have the same problem it seems so it would be most realistic to think that it is something you did in your end ???? (Even though it only affects some PC's here)...

Ok....When i bought usb-smart dongle i could not get it working properly, i was told about this AMD/Nvidia problem and told that the solution was to buy a powered usb hub. I did so and this solved my problems and the unlocking programs worked and the support site worked.

Now after some change to the maintenaince program and the server i cannot gain access to the support server with my machine and even though it has worked and even though i have allready spent money on a powered usb hub i am now again required to buy additional hardware to get it working. And every time it is AMD/Nvidia's problem even though it has worked.

Not to sound ungreatfull but if it has been working and after some server changes now it does not then how can that be nvidia/amd's problem.

After what i read i even risk having to buy some hardware if you decide to upgrade my dongle to keep being able to use new versions of programs that previously have worked fine.

for using proxy try these http://tor.eff.org/index.html.en really good, and about nvidia chipset, i must agree with the fact taht dongle has problem as zulea says but not for most of usb device, the issue to use a pci usb card, external pwered hub or jaf wm (is this the tool to update device with wm?)interesting... this issues are working 100% hope my experience is helpful. byez

Another solution for you is to get an internal PCI card with USB ports. In most cases this work well and price for this card is ~10$ and dos not matter if it is USB 1.x or USb 2.0
Again, the problem is on NVIDIA (NFORCE) chips located on your motherboard. This chips have problems with USB implementation (I am sure you have USB ports implemented on your motherboard). And using this kind of card you will 'bypass' USB from motherboard, who have problems.
