Logoprogram of NDS3.0 doesn´t work (connection error)

What´s wrong. Has anybody tried this Nokia graphics. I tried both cable and IR, but I receive the error message - connection error.
Also the PC-Restore: cannot backup the phone - connection error.

I've got the same problems and I have original Nokia DAU-9P.
The problem must be something else.
