Help i unlock 903cid-73 03-2006 after flash and unlock phone turn off after 5seconds

i use all 2006 unlock flash but no luck...

What flash file EXACTLY you used (euro, jap, china)?

Please try this flash SH903_vA6290_TAIWAN_Unlocked CID73 =>Unlock
Remove battery put back press key # and key Power will see format started.Please 5 minutes will see press any key and phone will OK, Just tested 3pcs working.

I use this flashfiles

first - SH903_v1046_EURO_2006_Unlocked

second - SH903_v1071_JAPAN_2006_Unlocked

third - SX833_v102X_CHINA_2006_Unlocked

fourth - SH903_vA6290_TAIWAN_Unlocked

but still same problem,
