having looked over your terms of exchange i unfortunatly must tell you that these are unexceptable to my self for the following reasons:

1. i do expect to pay any more for a faulty product that i have already spent £180.00 ie shipping for exchange.

2.i will not lie on your behalf to customs and excise on the value of the goods.

3.your uncooperative attitude to this exchange when you could easily add the serial no. to your server saving everyones time and money.

if i do not get a staisfactory respose i will take further action with the relevnt uk authoritises and will post in this and other forums your suggested terms of return.

The problem that your Clip has a hardware failure & can not be repaired remotely via server.
Exchange is the only option that we can offer you at moment.

if its a hardware failure how come other clips with the same fault were repaired via server...my understanding of gsm servers reluctance to do this service anymore was because of people cloning your device.

To much playing with words . The box is real ? yes i the interests of good customer relations does it matter who sold the box its real stock,
Simple they must have lots smart clips about just swop it for working one
I mean is anybody realy going to be so out of pocket that way,
This buy from trusted reaseler is a cop out

I dont really get where you are coming from tony or what you mean by your post but

Any reseller should replace any stock they have sold, but why should they replace stock brought from another reseller who has now stopped selling the product, closed down or gone Bankrupt?

and yes buying from a trusted reseller is worth it as they will handle any returns etc themselves, within reason, sometimes its easier to return direct if its within the UK or within the EU and sticking to there T's & C's for example within 6 months, instead of asking you to go to directly to manufacturer

Myself i always return any replacements or fixed products at my own cost and never ask the customer to pay Postage

At the end of the day you get what you pay for and if the reseller sells for peanuts they wontwant to loose money on returns etc so the fob you off

obviously i am not perfect but this is what i always try to do and stick to

mtony, it does matter who sell the box because good reseller with fight for customer...even for some reason when the producer does not want to. For example, we provide 14 days exchange with no questions ask if product is defective. Customer ship the product back to us in original condition and warranty seal is NOT broken then we ship new one out on our expense. After 14 days, we will contact producer for exchange/replacement.

Smartclip team will change for sure, they are good team but have to make sure you go through reseller to exchange.

For how much can my smart clip be changed for new, the clip is not unlocking fine after the last update. EVEN WHEN IT UNLOCK THE E/G INDICATOR REMAIN OFF.
HOW DO I CAHANGE IT OR CAN SMARTCLIP TEAM REPAIRS IT FOR ME?

if not, you have to contact your reseller first and ask them what is their policy.

Well, if the trial is negative can i contact you for a solution? I don´t mind to pay for the repair or replacement.
