Help About Unlock Sharp 802SH.......

1. i have tried to unlock direct by Sharp 3G tool V 5.0 an successfuly but only 5 second phone back to no service i dont why?....


2. i try to flash with euro file flash(Sharp_802_v140M_EURO.zip) the phone always enter initial boot and format FS RAM but always restart and never succes to life normaly.....


3. i try to flash with japan file flash (Sharp_802_v166M_JAPAN.zip ) the phone can life normaly but after unlock the phone still no signal.....


any one can give me solution to unlock this phone....

i have tried but still no signal....

and i have flash phone with file Sharp_802_v166M_JAPAN but now the phone SIM-MEP after unlock...

i think that v166 is just for repairing dead phone. usb-smart has never unlocked this version.
