Our company asked the i d i o t gsm java, name is Roberto somehow making some logos. We paid on time, even one web page took more than 2 monts to finish. Now we see in sales section all our logos posted by this i d i o t
Finally he posted our logos witout our company permission :(
We asked him refund money since we are not interested in the logos any more, his answer was promt:
"I no need make any refund, there is no reason for that, also we did not made any contract"
Beware this i d i o t if you not want you idea and work appear in other places.

My friend, if a company order from you some work to do, you need to ask the company if you can use the work you made for you references. You never asked, you does it.

but... From other point of view, it is HIS work, his intelectual property. It was only shown as an example.
I can't see how is banner connected to logos made for you ? You always got what you payed...and everyone got what he pay's.

If I ever hurt any of clients, lied about something or harmed sombody for money just beep me on Sonork or my phone and I will correct it in proper way.

I don´t want to know what Micros§§§oft or COOOOOCCCCAAA CCCOOOLLAAAA (name you all konw) would say about such a situation... I have made some businesscards, posters for concerts or some pricelists. I always asked if i can keep it for a sample. Most of them have the same cards with other logos cause of other businessways or orchestras. So i can understand why they are angry about it.

U should just read my post carefully. I am warning about to better make a contract with him and define conditions very accurate before ppl give any work to do to this guy.
Any way, it was a big mistake to ask some one from gsm field make such things. Best for this work are ppl not connected to this gsm field.
No one talk here about law, here we talk about NORMAL DEALS and i want give you a small example:
www.gsmfactory.com made for me a 3d vision of the jaf box (http://www.odeon.cn/vision.php), he asked me if he can put his name on it for advertisment. I agreed, the 3d is woderfull work and brings benefits to www.gsmfactory.com and to me. But the main point is that this guy, even i know him longer than 8 years, he asked me before.
This is a normal buiness way.

You should reconsider your customer behaviour. You are trying to look proffesionally everywhere, now it is step back. Why you make fight with Raskal, who is BTW your customer who paid you for work which had to be exclusively used by him? By using his logos at Main Sales Section you simply misused his own exclusive rights for your own profit without taking part on costs Raskal had for development of this logo ! Even if you are company who designed it, after Raskal has paid you you don't have right to use this work without Raskal's permision !!! So come on, solve this issue as proffesional.

Raskal approaches me in civilised way, tells me what is wrong, then I contact Mr. Zfrank or AboAli; they would probaby help booth me and Mr. Razvan and remove logos from Sales section.
This Raskal's move probably has some more deep reasons, because putting LOW-QUALITY logo samples is not reason to finish business relationship that is older than 2 years.
But, he calls me idiot, bastard, tells me he will call lawyer (I am not afraid of them, and I have experience with courts and lawyers - law problems with Siemens AG Germany). This is not okay.
Every of my clients knows that I loose almost 1 day on only ONE client, give full professional care and support. I am here 24/7/365 and it is human to make LITTLE mistake that I did the other day. I call it little mistake because I think it should have been fixed in proper and friendly way.
But it was impossible.

For us, gsm-java is a good supplier in multimedia deisgn & production, from my experience, he listened to customer's ideas till know-how & know-why in order to realize a tailor-made mltimedia file.
works with him is simple, we send raw-info --> he quote --> we send money --> he finish the job & offer days of the warranty of further minor modification.
there is a common rules in mutimedia industry, if any logo & design are not the registered trademark, it defaults as public

You know I was always here to serve you (AY MY CLIENT). Only problem was Odeon site (and not by my mistake, I didn't had access to Resellers administration so I was not able to full set-up website)

I think you not on right way. The banner you see on gsm-java is same banner wich is here in this forum. This banner was made by gsmserver and not by Roberto.

About the logos, well you see difference now. And he is not from gsm and he is no interested in any way using my name advertise himself. He got money he asked, he does the job, and deal finished. Very simple.

Personaly i newer meet with Mr Roberto but some my friends have beautifuul business contact with him and newer said anything bad about him.
Ok-again i don't trust them,but couple time he save my a*s*s without money and favour....

We have dealt with GSM-Java.Com once and all went ok. I think before buying something or sending money there always must be conversation about terms and conditions. And about contract I don't think it is possible to make contracts over the net and apply them.

as i read the whole thread, i can put one thing which i get from thread , if @GSM-Java made a logo for @Raskal and use it on his site its Ook wihtout his permission but if he sell this logo to someone or make some alteration and then sale it to anyone else then @Raskal can come up and say that @GSM-Java is bla bla bla and if @GSM-Java do this, that he sale logos of @Raskal and show them on different sites then he is wat @Raskal Said but i dont agree with point of view of @Raskal that wat he is and wat he is not :) , and if @Raskal said to him that don't put my logo anywhere because its strictly private or prohabited and @GSM-Java and @Raskal bot make an agreemen upon it and after this agreement @GSM-Java is not allowed to put @Raskal banner anywhere without prior notice to @Raskal, in anyother case i think its legale that @GSM-Java is allowed to put it on his site but still he can't sell same logo to anyone or make alteration and then sale it (if it still have similarities like previous one).

I have permision to discuss any offer with him and that make my job much easier. We buy a website a few months back from a internet company and paid for this website as a "one-off" design. Before sending us finished web site the company who make it email us to ask our permission to use the site as a link to promote their company on the grounds that they would give discount for them being allowed to promote their own work and obviously enhance their reputation and generate more work from the links put on their web site. We duely agreed to retain 15% of the quoted fee for such permission!
CONCLUSION:
It is only common sense and good business practice to be professional and courteous when using work made wholely and exclusively for a company because once supplied to end customer this material becomes copyright to them and not by the person who make it!!
And by using any wholely and exclusively made material without permission is surely infringment of the respected parties copyright!!
Maybe gsm-java should also add to his agreement that he will provide a small % refund or provide a smalleer banner free if he uses material made by his company for such companies as the one for raskal!

Here is the way our company cheated GSM-JAVA. Me Raskal we cheated one of the most trustable people in gsm field and one of the biggest mega designers by sending him money. Western Union are also cheaters becuase they bring money safe home to his majesty the sheik of croatia, Roberto Gsm java.
But here is just a small problem. Our company TT money to you, this is the way we are use for our deals. Our company expect now a official invoice for the money recieved. Please sir, boss, most trustable person in the world, sir sheik of croatia, please post here a copy of this invoice.
In European Union, ppl use to write invoices for money they recieved. You in your position as sheik, you also must write invoices. And if some one purchase goods from us, we also use to write invoices....

I think you not get the point friend. When you have time to answer you need also take time to read all thread. The point is that this guy made for us web page and some logo. He used our name witout our permission to advertise his services. This is part 1 of story.
Part 2 of story is tha cheater Roberto, after reciving money from our company, he refuses to issue an invoice. This story can not be solved on sonork, this cheater deleted my name 2 times from sonork.
Part 3 of the story; we booked a banner for 12 months on his page, we asked him remove banner and recalculate amount for the months used and tt back the difference.
If you think it is normal that you pay money to some one and this person refuse issue an invoice than i dont think what else is normal in this world.

Our company asked the i d i o t gsm java, name is Roberto somehow making some logos. We paid on time, even one web page took more than 2 monts to finish. Now we see in sales section all our logos posted by this i d i o t
