Problems with Sagem DD

Hello All

I recently purchased a Sagem DD unlocker and I just cannot get it to unlock a phone. No matter what I do, the middle red LED comes on and the program gives me an error message "Bootloader Failed!", then gives me the information of the phone and the phone code. I tried it on the Sagem My X2-2, MyX5m and MyC4-2 with the same result. When I try it on the MyC4 (even with the tespoint adapter), I get an error message "Setting Phone Speed Failed!". The people who make this device were of little help to me and after a few emails back and forth with one liner answers, I decided to try this forum.
