Yes brother this is good , but they have to know that if jumpering eleminates a sector ( like ESD filters ) , some factors of risk starts .
so jumpering is not a target in itself it is a - with risk solution .

I hope you would have cleaned the water damaged PCB thoroughly to rid it off any residues of salts etc.contained in the water. It is very much necessary. ANd then I have some pictures which may help you solve your problem. Unfortunately i am not able to attach them here from this computer of mine at my home. I shall try and attach them after a few hours from another of my computer from my shop. Or you may send me your e-mail id to my pm folder or at zero2zed@yahoo.com

you need frist to resolder the keypad socket ( X300 - X301 ) in the same problem so replace the keypad ic ( Z300 - Z301)

your problem is hardware problem and it come from your upp replace it with a new one

you need frist to replace your speaker with a new one if the same problem so check the controller ic for the buzzer ( Z150 ) and replace it with a new one .if the same problem check the other componant in the circuit chown in the picture .

If you have this prolem with NK3310 suspect the charging IC, and to do this try to read the battery terminals with a good analog meter set to high resistace you will discover that there is a short circuit in the power system. So try to remve the big resistoe near the charging IC and read the terminals again you will see that the short is no more there, then change the IC.:)
