i have spv c500 . when i turn on it show

test only
clean hive(1):n
format par.(2):n
plz help me what can i do
i try to update my phone but no result

did you or someone else installed wm2005 on phone?
try to select yes or maybe y on clean hive and format par then press or press and keep pressed for few seconds some key,that I don't know maybe ok or 0 like in wm2003.
no key presend i try to hard rest but no result

this is what I found about this problem
To Hard Reset a WM5 powered Typhoon :
While booting , press 1 when Clean Hive appears, and press 2 when Format Part. appears.
maybe is softkey1 and softkey2 or key1 and key2.if still don't wotk then you need to write rom again.
whan i try to update rom it gives error(264) conection
