activation file - what does it look like ??

I read Manole's sticky

and I'm am now left wondering what the activation file looks like and where I'd actually find it in my pc . I just activated my usb-smart to use semctool a few days ago and would like to backup this file - just in case I do a system format reinstall and then get trouble .
I used maintenance tool v4 and all is working but want to avoid problems if I want to update to motorola or to samsung .

thanks guys. I guess there is no activation file to be used with semctool then but only with Samsung and Motorola tools .

There is activation file for semc tool, used on Twister Support Dongle and is looking quite the same ;)
