nec e616v white screeen only

hello there !!!

this is my first post and i hope somebody can help me. I have a nec 616v that has no power. I program it using IPLT software from usb smart , now it has power but only white screen or sometimes it restart itself, i cant get into the menu ,only white screen. Please help me. Thanks.

I'm using Ultimo IPLT for USB v2.0.5. It has "07K11 UK ONLY e616V VGA" on the monitor display. I dont know the phone version since it is dead when brought to me. Just to clarify when i did try to program it my computer restart (not the phone as i stated on my post), so i guess it was not programmed completely.
