Cant Access to support area

My dongle Work Good I use Soft Everyday
Use Maintenance V4 3 Days ago Enter to support but after yesterday Cant Access Why?

Root/ usbsmart/./SEMC/

working fine..

just try to remove ur temporery internet files..should be ok

and if ur problem is after click on support area u can not login then try to use another ports for ur dongle..
