TIME OUT Problem

Hi All,

I have just bought Alcatel by OTUF and after installing drivers, dlls, updated box, and copy xpinpout32.dll in windows system dir, when i try to read phone version always TIME OUT while sendind boot !!! I try with different phone and always same problem !
Please, dear Gsmmaster, i need some help ;)
