Alkatel BE1 series Problem

Alkatel of BE1 series show this message on lcd when i power on the mobile "Llamada al Serv.tecnico".
What does it mean and what i have to do?

You must reset factory settings - use Andromeda ver. 5.9.
If not work - flash it and enjoy;)
