Contact usb-smart team and tell them what happend. They know what to do..

How can you prove that was stolen? Do you have invoice with serial number?
We are not like other teams blocking dongles, this has to be clear for each user.
And it is so cheap that u can buy another one, right?

if i buy a dongle, and it's been stolen, that's mean some body will enjoye it for free, at the time i payed for it
what if i have the SN of my dongle and my account, can you proove that the dongle is mine by the SN and the account ?
and am i free to block my dongle ?

deal with the fact that you lost it. the tool is very cheap and you can buy another one for cheap. after you buy another one, unlock 1 phone and you make back the money you spent.
