Hi,
I am seriously considering buying this product especially for its cloning abilities but i have a few questions that if answered would help in convincing me ...
I am currently using vygis for my alcatel needs but always have endless cloning problems ...
Mainly on bf3/4 and bg3 ...
I have alot of bg3 handsets that come in with please check sim problems and lots of dead bf3/4 handsets.
I know that the bg3 handsets are teh zone related and i revive most bf3/4 but they end up having the same problems ...
Is it possible to repair these teh zones without having the original teh zones with this product ???
Also what is the situation with th cloning .. i mean can they be fully repaired teh zones included ???
Thanks in advance for your answer and attention ...
If original tech zone is damaged or absent, there is no way to restore the phone operation. In any case original tech zone IS required.

Like StepW (member/programmer of GsmMasters team) told you, successfully repair or cloning is possible only with valid tech zone. If no one flash or patch phone after, tech zone is 99% good and phone can be repaired.
As TH Cloning concern if you have valid tech zone you can:
- Cloning
- Firmware upgrade/firmware downgrade
- Repair DEAD (blinking)
- Removing band lock
We still working to make final solution with full repair with no tech zone, but for now we can not guarantee that it will be possible.

Hi, im serious about buying OTUF, mostly for repairing *** with bad tech zone or bad cloned, but im really interested in one feature you advertise , and that is the band change (here u put band lock).
im wondering if by software you can able dual band phones like c552 from 900/1800 to work in 850/1900 .
please be very specific about my second question.
thanks so much

I can not tell you for sure, we did not test it.
Difference is probably in hardware but there is a chance that RF part is tuned by software.
The only way to find out is to find one C55x that work on 850/1900 MHz read flash and send to us. We will do clone flash from flash file you sent and you can test it by cloning 800/1900 MHz phone.
