X640 speaker phone ok but the earphone & ringtone no working ,when u power on it have ringtone . please help me . Thanks all

remove mic. then try,
if not see if your phone is stuck in handsfree ...
i suppose that you have tried new SW?!

i have remove mic . phone work perfect
when i resolde mic phone become like front
i test hendfree all ok
