i dont know why i m having difficulties in logong to support site.even i use the usb maintenance i see this http://216.127.90.55/login.php next i see done page not opening not know why.can some one tell me whats happening?

You need pure Internat Explorer Browser as default , or ( at least ) a IE-browser session running.
Of course Your dongle connected !

a time ago someone told here to copy "maintainance" to C:\
this works for me better than from behind many subfolders.
just test !

maybe with the older version, but with v4.0 You can start from any nested level folder
