D500 Problem's

hi guys :) ,
my gf has a samsung d500 and shes on contract with tmobile, her phone take's ages to recieve txt message's im talking sometimes hours even when she has signal, and sometimes she gets the message's straight away that i send, i was thinking maybe it had something to do with the fact she has got a lot of picture's on her phone and maybe the memory is full up. is there some sort of code or way i can fix this problem cheers or does anyone know what the problem might be. Appart from txt message's taking a while to recieve the phone work's fine;) :)

I'm no expert, but it could be the network or even the cell you are near it could be very busy.

Thats the usual reason for text not coming instantly

hmm, yes that was my first thought as well. i suggested to her as shes on contract to take it to the t-mobile shop and see what they have to say. it might just be a problem with her account/sim-card. or just purely the fact that t-mobile are crap but i think it is to do more with the actual phone. i.e signal the phone is nearly 2yr's old so lol hmm anyone else what u think?
if no one can suggest a solution i will just buy her a new phone :D :)
