D600. In menu appears red quadrant...

I changed flex kable, and flashed the phone, but problem is always the same.
After power on and slide down, on display after few minutes (in menu bar) appears red quadrant. After that, usually, on LCD appears lines (like corrupted TV). All it's happen when phone is on table.

Experts, need help!!!

Do i need to solder it or use hot air?
